Hi
If you have the myatt app installed on your smartphone, you can check your appointment status there.
You can also go to att.com/ufix for appointment status info. You'll need to login using your member id and password for this.
When you call 18002882020 and provide the necessary information to our ivr (ban or phone number) , it should be able to provide you with the appt status as well. The automated system will also prompt you if you need assistance with the ticket and should be able to route you to a live representative.
