app purchases

Why are my app. Purchase being declined? I have a credit on my account and it's not passed due and it worked a few weeks ago but now does not.

If your credit card has an expired data, it has to be updated.
Try removing the card, then add back with corrected date and security number.

Then your Apple account may be locked for security. It may have been hacked. Mine was recently and I enabled 2 step authorization.

In having the same issue. New billing cycle and haven't made any purchases yet it won't let me bill my account.
