Social media sites are time consuming, but they are best for marketing to see newly launched products and services for kids and others. It helps us to easily shop from home.

in Facebook or Instagram, you can disable the account by going in settings. From that, you can either disable your account for 30 days or can delete It permanently as well. But if talking about the limit.. There's no (Edited per community guidelines) option for that
