This afternoon my 17 year old daughter slid off the road in a rain storm and she called me for assistance. The car was not drivable. I called ATT to send a tow truck but during the verification process I was asked for my home address. I gave it and was told that wasn’t correct. I tried my PO box and old address but I was sure it had been updated. I gave up trying to talk with this person because he was absolutely useless. After we got home I logged into my account and checked my address. The address I gave was correct. I canceled that immediately and I’m going to drop my ATT account this week. I’ve been loyal for 15 years! Your worthless service made a bad situation with my daughter worse that’s negligence pure and simple I will not give you another penny. I know it won’t affect your bottom line but that’s all I can do. If anyone reads this “DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$” on roadside assistance. ATT you should be ashamed!!
