Phone Locator
Can anyone tell me why I can't find all of my kids phones shared under my phone plan. Have them in my phone as Arin, & Alyssa and I am primary account holder Aaron. I can find Alyssa's phone but not the other.

Are you trying to locate them using the AT&T Family Map service? What kinds of phone do you have? Some phones might need a Family Map app for it to work.

So it is the AT&T Family Map service you're having issues with? You might need to contact customer care and make sure the feature is active on all of your lines. I believe there are two levels, one that covers only two lines and another plan covers the whole family plan (or up to five lines), so the provisioning may be an issue.
