Is there some place to get help with ordering an accessory product? The shopping cart seems broken.

I've been trying all morning to order a fitbit blaze from the accessories page and can't get past the "submit order" command. I keep getting an error saying "previous components incomplete". At times I've been in a loop taking me back to the main shopping cart. Other times the buttons wouldn't work at all. I've tried everything from emptying the cart and starting over to clearing my cookies. Tried two different browsers and my phone. Tried making the purchase logged in as an AT&T customer and a guest. Every path leads to a breakdown, and all the "help" options refer to services or products you've already purchased.
