I cant sign in to my google account or google play

Ive signed in and can get email i just cant get the play store or apps or other services it s saying it cant connect to the google server

Your Google account is essential part of using an Android phone.  I understand how inconvenient it is when it is not connecting.  I would be happy to help you with this today!

 

The error you are receiving is usually a byproduct of having 2-step security turned on for your account.  You can find out more about 2-step verification here.  Please note, turning off the 2-step removes that extra layer of security.

 

If the problem persists please contact Google Play support.  This article will assist you on how to contact them and the different ways in which to connect with Google support.
