Frustrated

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, called talked to several EXTREMELY RUDE representatives in person and on the phone who all seem to have the same prepared “there’s nothing we can do” speech. And then to be told “the watch app is free so I’m not paying for it...” bro I’m paying for the unlimited and more plan, this was a SELLING point for me. I know what I’m paying for. Someone please help me before I take my anger to social media and express in DETAIL this poor customer service and horrible organization for a product you’re offering that people can’t even log into. How do you have customers expressing the same issue and not a single response. I’m confused.

Just started with att premium and more a month ago, and haven’t been able to use the app ever. On my iPhone nor my iPad.
