Extensive buffering times
I'm experiencing extensive buffering times on any videos on my 5S. This seems to have just started within the last few months. Is it the phone or the internet? Very frustrating

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing longer buffering times than usual!
In order to find the cause, I would recommend installing the Speedtest app for iOS. This will allow us to determine if your data speeds are normal. Average speeds for the LTE network should be between 5Mbps – 12Mbps. If your speed results appear low, try heading to Settings > General > Reset and choose Reset Network Settings. Any saved WiFi passwords will also be erased during this reset, so you may wish to re-connect to any nearbv WiFi networks when possible.
