Do I need quality for full-screen for free for a year?

I was updating my full-screen App this morning. I noticed that several of the comments were from AT&T customer's. The AT&T customer's commented that they had received a free year subscription because they were with AT&T. I was wondering if I qualify for this promotion? If I don't that's okay.
