Can not access my email

I cannot access my email. My address is ***** but you are sending me confirmation codes to reset I'd and password but I can not get into account and I no longer have *****. My new phone # is [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]. I need to get into my email.

If this is a free email it would be best to call 877-267-2988 to reset password. Robot Happy

No. I still can not access [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] even after speaking to rep. Very frustrating!!!
