Alcatel 4015t Play Store Issue
Hi. I'd like to know why I can't open my Google play store under WiFi but I can go online without a problem. Everything seems to be connected properly. But the play store just keeps saying no connection retry and returning me to play store settings/help panel. So I can't download anything.

Thanks for posting your concerns. I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue. First try clearing the cache of the Google Play app by going to settings>applications>application manager.
If this does not clear the issue, you will want to back up your data and factory reset the phone.
For steps to factory reset your phone, please go to http://www.att.com/devicehowto/ and select the make and model of your phone.
Once you have done this, locate Troubleshooting in the left column and select the + symbol then click on Reset Device for full back up and reset instructions.
