AT&T Secure Family App - Time Limits Not Working

Hi!

I have AT&T Secure Family App installed on Android, and have the Companion App on the Android phones on my teens phones. It looks like the Time Limits are not working, and I sometimes get a "Companion App not working correctly" from one of the phones.Any suggestions?
