I have been back and forth with Samsung, Oculus and now AT&T. This can be EASILY fixed on your end guys, please help! I've been a loyal customer for years
I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues downloading the 6 game bundle! We know how important it is that you receive all promotional items promised to you and will work to make sure this issue is resolved.
Since these downloadable items are not stored on our servers we do not have a way to force these items to download. We do however recommend that you contact Occulus support as it seems this is a known issue and they have even created a handy tutorial guide to make sure you can download the bundle.
You’ll be downloading those games and exploring virtual reality in no time!
