Set Correct Local Time on DVR

I am new to U-verse.  I've noticed that the DVR is displaying a time that is one hour ahead of the correct local time.  How can I reset the local time in the DVR (Motorola VIP 2250)?  Thanks a bunch!

Thanks for your response! We are in Anaheim, CA where there is no overlap with another time zone. Will this affect scheduled program recordings?
