Service should always be with a smile even to potential employees

Being someone who has worked for AT&T before and has had numerous opportunities to work with them again. I had a very puzzling, dry, monotone, impersonal, negative and even somewhat rude experience with a interviewing manager in Conyers, GA. This interview was conducted in July and I am still shaken. It has altered my entire perception on the entire AT&T brand, how it treats its potential and perspective employees. All my experiences prior and even after have been spectacular. This intrerviewer was unfair, unjust and I will not forget or stop until my voice is heard.

Hi @kasia552,

I totaling agree and apologize for the challenging experience with your interviewer. Service should always be with a smile even to potential employees just as you said. I would love to share your feedback with this interviewer. Do me a favor and send a private message to @ATTHelp and include your name, the name and phone number of the interviewer, and your number should we need to call you. Thank you so much for bringing this feedback to the community.

Have a great week and thank you for being part of what is great about the community forums.

regards,

I  worked in Conyers prior to Southwestern Bell buying them and becoming the "new AT&T".  Was a good place to work at the time, both the people and the location.  Good luck, every barrel has it's bad apples.
