    I have gone through ATT.com and my U-verse app, and I can't see where to cancel the on-demand screen pack that I ordered several months ago. When I access the make changes to my plan section online there is no option to cancel it, only an option to add on things like HBO etc. can someone please point me in the right direction ??

I then received a letter in the mail to claim my "$100" reward card.     Received a flyer, to my actual street address...saying, "Our fastest home Internet speed has arrived in your neighborhood". But of course, doing a "Check for U-verse Availability" on the actual site, shows that that same address is not covered yet.
