hr one stop reps are so backed up now, i was surplussed January 28th and every number given to me to get my affairs in order has had 2-3 hours wait time.due to the massive lay offs at the end of January i believe it was 7 thousand employees

I have tried to reach HR Onestop, on Thursday, Friday and today Monday.  The hold time is never ending, when it sounds like someone picks the phone up, it immediately hangs up.  All I need is to set up my login so I can access my W2 information for 2018.  The phone number you provided looks like it goes nowhere, and there is no one to answer on the other end.

@eb4846  HR Onestop is currently overburdened with calls due to the surplus in January with last Thursday and Friday being the majority of those leaving the company creating an influx of calls, i was one of the surplussed employees and even the website went down on Friday for about an hour

Thank you for posting on the Business Forum. I would be happy to help.  Here are some instructions you can follow to create your login:

Create a former employee Global Logon if already off payroll (this process requires a One-Time PIN):

1. Request PIN at HR OneStop 1-888-722- 1787 and say "Former Employee Site" 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT, M- F.
2. Visit https://soc.att.com/2SMFJ0r > Retiree, Former Employee or Dependent > Register
3. Enter identifying information including the PIN.
4. Create a UserID and Password.
5. You will then be routed to https://soc.att.com/2SMFJ0r.
6. Click on ‘Login’ (NOT Register) under Retiree, Former Employee > Enter your new credentials > Complete Security Profile.
