I need to speak with a supervisor.
We are a small business that has used AT&T service for 30 years. I am ready to cancel all services. One month ago I called to cancel our old line and place an intercept message on that line to tell our customers our new phone number. Long story short, the intercept message was finally put in place last week, but with the WRONG new phone number. I have called every day and been promised that it will be taken care of and also promised a return phone call. Neither of these have happened. Our old phone number still directs our customers to an incorrect, and disconnected phone number. We are losing customers and business because of this. Totally disgusted with all of the employees I have spoken to and their lies. Unbelievable.
