I am a former AT&T employee. I was laid off in March 2018.
I am trying to get my W-2 online after receiving an email saying it was ready to download. I found information in this forum that says I need to register for a former employee Global Login, and to do that I need to call HR OneStop, and say "Former Employee Site" to get a One Time PIN in order to set up a Former Employee Global Logon account. Each time I have called HR OneStop over the past several days, I have waited on hold for up to an hour before giving up and hanging up. Is there any way to get a One Time PIN without calling One Stop? I have a new job and can't waste the business day sitting on hold.
Also, I had a special layoff Global Logon account that was my ATTUID followed by "-NSG." Should I use this instead? I can't log in using either my ATTUID or the "-NSG" layoff ATTUID, nor have I been able to reset my password for either.

I’m also having this same issue. Is there any update on these issues? AT&T has a responsibility to get us out W-2 by the 31st and this is making it impossible. Like the others I have a new job, and I have to be at work before 8am CST. It looks like this isn’t a new issue with this process either since there are posts about this going back at least a year. This is ridiculous and there needs to be some way to resolve this issue

I have been on hold for over 2 hours now and still no one has helped me. All this for a simple pin code? There has to be a more efficient way to help those that have helped to make your business grow, in the past. Please make it easy on all of us to obtain our prior year W2's. all we need is the pin code when we go to https://access1.sbc.com/ and register for a new account as a former employee.

There is certainly something wrong here....I called first thing this morning and still never got through after over an hour of waiting. You mean to tell be that they get flooded with that many calls first thing in the morning?? No way....PLEASE HELP
I was able to retrieve my PIN by calling the HROneStop number and saying "HROneStop" at the prompt and then saying "other" when it asked me for the reason. The agent was quickly able to pull up that one time PIN and get me squared away. I hope this helps you guys.!

I called HR one stop and they said someone would call me back with a pin. 3 days later I got a call back from a random number on a SATURDAY! and they left a voicemail and did not provide any pin number at all. I still can't get in.

Former employee here too. I have moved since I quit AT&t last year and I haven't received my w-2s in the mail. my fellow former employee who hasn't moved received a letter in the mail with the pin. So he didn't have to call. I called and waited two and a half hours one day and the next I called back at a different time and waited an additional two and a half hours before I hung up. This is completely ridiculous.

You know what would really help. If you would post the Import Code that is provided on the W2's. I use Turbo Tax and that is all I need to get my W2 imported and my taxes filed. Sad that a little mom and pop shop can do this better than a 100+ year old company I gave 15 years of my life to
