When we signed up for new cable & internet service with AT&T we were informed about the military discount that should have been on my husband's cell phone from the start. I immediately signed up scanned and sent his credentials for the discount. Today I was told by 1 representative that it's on the account. I was then transferred to another representative about the other matters at hand and she told us to go to the AT&T store show id, military id and proof of income to get it done. Proof of income really??? I'm going to try upper management this has been a 2 hour and 52 minute conversation.
