Identiy Verfication
My daughter is trying to set up her own account for internet access, she just graduated from the US Air Force Academy as an officer and STILL is struggling with this process.
The system is asking her identity verification questions that are ridiculous. A phone number from when she was 2 years old, etc.
She has a drivers license and passport and military ID.
Seriously. This is crazy.
