Credit for months past
Iv been an AT&T customer for a while now and not once did they ever tell me about the discounts until I switched over to their wireless. So they where suppose to resolve this issue and back credit me for some months but they never called me back like your representative said he would. Some feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @Omarhndz7,
We are delighted to help!
We would like a little more information on the credits you were promise. Please provide more detail into what's going on with your AT&T account services.
We look forward to your response and the opportunity to help you!

For my veterans discount since I’ve been an AT&T customer since 2015. I’ve had internet and cable for that time I just recently switched my wireless this year of April 13th. But they said they would be able to back credit me for up to 6-12 months since I never knew about the veterans discount until your representative told me when I switched my wireless phone company.

Thank you for letting us know, @Omarhndz7.
The veteran discount we currently offer would not be backdated to apply to your internet/cable services, since it requires an active &More or &More Premium wireless plan. Since you did not have wireless service with us while you already had the internet and cable services, they would have been ineligible at the time.
We apologize for the misinformation that was provided to you in the store, and we understand any frustration and confusion that this may have caused.
You can sign up for the current Veteran's Discount online by visiting our Military Discount web page.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, let us know.

If someone from your company did promise him that, you have to honor it. Yes it’s ridiculous to back credit for a service he didn’t have but since all calls are monitored check to make sure. You can’t just say sorry for being misinformed.
