Setting up HR24-200 and Slimline SL5K4NR0-02 dish for tailgating

Hi,

I need your expertise.

I have a HR24-200 and a slimline SL5K4NR0-02 dish that I'm trying to setup for tailgating and RV use.

Question, is my equipment compatible? Is there any other pieces of equipment that I would need?

Thanks in advance,

Ed

Yes but if the LNB has 4 coax outputs you will need 2 BBC modules if you want to use both tuners, connect 2 coaxes to any of the LNB outputs then connect the BBC(s) then connect the other end to the HR24 and if the HR24 was connected to a SWM system then you will need to rerun sat setup and select multiswitch first the SL3 or 5 depending on if the LNB has 1 3LNB or 3 knobs 5LNB.

An LNB with only 1 coax output needs a 21v SWM power inserter, connect the coax to the LNB then to the "TO SWM" on the power inserter then the "TO IRD" connects to the SAT1/SWM on the HR24.

Hi,

The LNB has 4 coax output, so I will purchase 2 B-Band converters.

I have the 3 knob 5LNB.

Thanks for your help!
