watchtv not loging in

I have tried for days to do this via my computer (iMac) on multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, and Firefox - all current).

The sign-in page asks for an id and password (these have been confirmed to be correct, by signing in/out via the app.

-After entering id and password (confirmed good), it cycles to a "loading" page:
"We know it's tempting, but please refrain from refreshing this page or clicking the back button."

-That page cycles to a wait page...
"Hang tight, this page will refresh on its own."

-That page cycles back to the sign-in page, asking for id/password
