Long time Direct TV customer here. I have set up my new AT&T access ID and confirmed it. I have been able to sign on to the Direct TV app and use it, but I am now attempting to activate other apps (NBC and BBC America) that I am able to watch stuff on with my access ID. I follow the steps for activation (enter the code on the prompted site) and it keeps giving me "You'll now manage your service with an AT&T Access ID. Click here to finish setting up and come back and log in). I click, verify that I've set it up, go back and STILL get that message. Works for Direct TV app and nothing else. What step have I missed? This is beyond frustrating, especially considering how much we pay for service. We are Direct TV AND ATT wireless customers. Please help.
