Watch TV and choosing a premium

I have unlimited premium won't let me either on the watch TV app or choose a premium and when I do, I get a message it's trouble on att end

We're happy to help look into your WATCHTV access! Have you tried verifying your AT&T phone number and creating an account before trying to access the app? Also keep in mind, each WATCHTV account can stream on only one device at a time. Let us know if this information was helpful.
