Sorry for Inconvenience WatchTV apple iOS phone

I have installed app, uninstalled app and still get error message stating please try again later. 24 hours have passed. Tried again with uninstalling nd reinstalling with no luck. Has anyone been able to access WatchTV after getting this message and if so, what did you have to do to get it working?

I'm having the same problem.  I cannot login to the app.  Some others said it has something to do with a glitch using auto-pay causes your account to not be read in the WatchTV app until they fix it.  I don't know who to contact to fix it since it says there is no phone support for the app.

I figured out how to get it working based on other threads.   You'll need to go to https://soc.att.com/2IAzZBz and follow the instructions to get your account setup completed.  If you are just typing in your AT&T username and password, it hasn't gone through the verification process yet to get your account setup, so it gives an error message.
