I cant even get the app lo load... Just get the error, not working, sorry for the inconvenience. It's an s9, and i've tried everything ive read here (uninstalling and reinstalling) clearing cache, restarting phone, etc.
We want to take a closer look into your app loading issue with your S9 device. We see you've done some troubleshooting. Just to be clear, have you made sure your phone software is up to date?
