ok been trying to login for a week. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app reset password several times. I am using a new galaxy s9+. It will give me the logo screen then "Oops something went wrong Sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later." message. then back to the login screen. That's as far as I've gotten. Called customer service and that was totally useless. I chose Amazon music unlimited for the premium service and it works GREAT. as for watchtv still in the dark as to what will make it work. After reading the complaints, evidently AT&T is in the dark as to how to make it work also.

I hope you don't experience the same problems I am having with Amazon Unlimited Music; It was my premium choice when I signed up for ATT Unlimited &More Premium. It worked fine for 2 months and then "boom!" I get a message saying my Amazon Music was cancelled. I have spent endless hours on the phone with Amazon & ATT over the past two weeks and have gotten no where. I even had a 3 way call with Amazon & ATT on the line...what a joke! The last time I talked with ATT was Monday and the agent PROMISED to get back with me within 48 hours. Haven't heard a word!

I have NEVER been able to log on. EVER!!! It says oops, we are having trouble try again later. I went to an AT&T store, their response was, sorry it doesn’t work very often. That was it, they had nothing else. AT&t promises “free perks” but will never deliver. In 2 months I’ve tried logging in at least 25 times, each time you get that stupid message.

I made a purchase with the promise of 35+ channels included. It doesn’t work. Nothing works. Based on all complaints and ATT’s weak replies it seams there is no solution.. just false advertising. Do I hear *****?
