AT&T WatchTv does not recognize Phone location

AT&T WatchTv does not recognize Phone location

Here are the steps gone through, I first activate location on phone and then start app,, "error message is you most activate location" after many attemps and dealing with Chat(their just as lost) since July and they keep saying they Esc.. I then go to SlingTv app and it works with location. I've tried with other devices wi-fi and hotspot(from phone) they all work. Just the phone number the account was upgraded to from my grandfathered unlimited plan. First it was my Galaxy 5 and now Galaxy 9+, not working with my 5 that kind of sped up my phone upgrade..

Hooray it's works, finally got through to WatchTv tech support and twiked a couple setting on phone location(Samsung G. 9+)

connections> location>location method-High accuracy>and below location method set to improve accuracy. I then uninstalled and reinstalled app. (make sure your location settings are still set and there you are.

This is the same fit for DirecTv Now also.
