If your talking about U-voice usage (since that's all that's measured with Uverse) you can log in here: myAT&T Login - Pay Bills Online & Manage Your AT&T Account then click on "Uverse" provide your credentials then scroll to the left and click on Uvoice and look on the right side and it will display your off-net usage.
