Installed uverse ph/internet on monday. I received a new ph number. I called tuesday to port my old number. She is very nice, said it would be not problem, it would probably be done the next day. Upgraded from DSL today to U-verse home phone and internet. Now I have 2 problems. 1. No caller on home phones 2. Wireless printer says it is connected to wi-fi, shows on the computers but can't print to it from any of the wireless computers. Any suggestions. Tech that installed said he didn't know why and that it should work.

I just spent nearly 2 hours on the phone trying to get service. After being charged twice I had to speak with 4 different people to resolve my issue and have the $100 placed back on my card which can take up to 24 hours. Im not happy. And want something done for my inconvenience. Att is supposed to be top rated. But I just got screwed.

I tried to find this in the support pages, but keep getting the AT&T Maintenance Page which says support is offline - this happened 2 days in a row. I just wanted to definitively verify that we are not charged for incoming calls on this plan. I don't believe that we are. Secondly, the notation "BP" stated that it means continued over a block of time. Can someone explain what that means? I noticed that calls in the latter category are charged about 3 cents per minute and not seven cents per minute? ********************...
