What is the new Power package upload speed?

What is the Power package upload speed?  Is anyone has information in regard to the new package?

45 Mbps downstream and up to 6 Mbps upstream

So both the download/upload are slower than Comcast cable and more expensive.  i don't see any reason to switch to uverse.

There could be many reasons (some of which may or may not apply to you):

1) Actually getting near the advertised speed most of the time, especially on sustained downloads, because you don't share your last mile connection with your neighbors and there's no gimicky short-term boosts to fool speed tests.

2) Not having random outages for no apparent reason

3) Wanting something better in the way of customer service

4) Getting free WiFi access at many hotels and businesses

Is this published anywhere?  I need it for my job's work at home program to prove I have better than the minimum requirement for the program.
