My Bill has many hidden charges

Question

I signed a contract for 39.99 with no installation fees

I am looking at my first bill and it jumps from 40 to 63.99

It even says installation fees divided on 3 months although I was assured by more than one phone call that I have no installation fees.

It does not make sense at all

I went through all those details through the phone calls and I was assured
that my bill will only be 39.99 plus tax

As for the installation, I selected the [self-installation ] and based on
that their should be no installation charges

I will let you know that I had the exact same thing happen that I was told no installation charges either. But then they put them on there anyway. They ended up taking them off because they installation guy was an hour late getting here. I was also promised a tablet and I was told it was mailed out that Monday and I got a call Tuesday and they said I did not get one
