Already treated like garbage
I am a new customer and was suppose to have service 1 week ago. Is there that many customers in worse shape than me that I am this low of a priority?
My original installation date was on Monday the 11th. AT&T pushed it back until Saturday the 16th (by email). They installed it but said they needed to fix something outside. It is now Monday the 18th. Aparently they need to dig up the line to fix some problem but they haven't done it yet. I was told they would make this a top priority, but they seem to care less. When I call they say they will look into it and call me back, but they haven't.
*Edit: They actually just now called and said it will get repaired by Wednesday. We will see.

I disagree. You are not being treated like garbage, this is just the price of doing business in 2015.
