Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. I know how important it is to be able to leave a message for those that you can’t reach. I will be glad to assist you.
This is a known issue what the S7’s are having and Samsung is aware of it. There is a firmware update being worked on that should be available soon. When the update is released, you will be able to download instructions via our Device Support page.
For now though, there is a workaround that should alleviate this issue. Can you please go to your Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Mobile data. From here you should see an option for Enhanced LTE Services. Can you try turning this off and see if that fixes it for the time being? I have done some research, and it looks like this is one temporary solution.
