unlocked phone not working with sim

Hi I have a note 3 that's from AT&T. I bought it offline.

I got the network unlock code from you folks at AT&T, but when I put my Sim card in for MetroPCS..... it says, "phone not allowed mm6", can you please help?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, other than confirming that your device is unlocked (which you can do here), this isn't an issue we can assist you. You would have to reach out to your carrier.
