what do you do after calling cs should you talk to a person or automated message because i am having the same problem
Talk to a person, automated system may be good at answering generic questions or solving common tasks, but if you have a specific VM problem a person is always better to troubleshoot.

This is easy, just call customer support. I had the same problem, calling customer support and telling them my same problem worked for me.
