galaxy note 2
I want to know why I am unable to update android 4.4.2 on my galaxy note 2 SGH-i317, 30% of the installation I receive a message saying that the installation was halted on. Galaxy Note 2 unlocked ATT carrier ROGERS thank you Marc

Unfortunately the problem here is that AT&T pushed updates to AT&T models, but you need to be on AT&T's network to receive them. So Rogers is not going to push an update for your model. AT&T did, but because you're not using AT&T it can't reach/find you.

As far as I know,Samsung Galaxy Note 2 SGH-317i got 4.4.2 updated over a month ago with AT&T (USA) ,Rogers,Bell & Telus (Canada).
Maybe your phone memory are full,or the server are busy...just keep on trying.

Use Kies instead if OTA doesnt work.
