Welcome to the AT&T Community Forums! Hope all is well in South Carolina…thank you for reaching out to us today.
The “clipboard” is a virtual keyboard, it is not a real place on the phone. It is not an actual application. The clipboard is a location in memory where the OS saves information that's copied/cut. When you copy/save to clipboard, go to your email page on your device and press the message box (or wherever you want to paste the info). Another box will pop up, and it says PASTE or CLIPBOARD. Press clipboard, and your clipboard should pop up showing you a history of what you have saved.
Hope this helps!
