When attempting to access your voicemail, what error message are you encountering? When did this issue begin happening? Did you recently make any changes to your device?
Apart from these questions, you can also try some basic troubleshooting options with our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. You'll need to select your device to begin. Afterwards, you can select Voicemail beneath Service/network issues. Follow the steps and see if this helps. We look forward to your response!

If you have an ATT branded you don’t need the app. VVM is built in the the phone app.
To access, open the dialer app
If you use prepaid, you cannot use visual voicemail
