I've been waiting for months to get the new Android 9.0 update, and to my excitement my father got the update, and it looked great on his S9! Except... That was 3 months ago... I've been waiting, and waiting, and waiting even more for my Note 9 to receive this update. I've talked to Samsung alot, and got the same copy&paste answer " Software updates will be pushed out in phases, which may cause some some users to receive updates later than others." This statement makes sense, but after 3 months I'm starting to become very annoyed. Can someone please attempt to find out why I havent gotten my update yet, and maybe even attempt to help me recieved this update? I'm tired of seeing everyone with it except me.

If you still cannot update the software after following the steps at the link that we've provided, you can use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to fix software update issues. Simply select your device and the issue, then follow the steps to find a solution. Please keep in mind that the software update releases on our website are only available for AT&T branded devices.
