Programming your device with the correct APN settings is definitely important to use data services on our network. This excellent article walks you step-by-step through the process.


Keep in mind if you are using an AT&T device, you don’t have to change these settings. However, if you’re having trouble accessing data service, please visit the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool for assistance in resolving the issue. Make sure to select your phone’s make and model > Internet.
