Dear Sir, I am RipoN from Bangladesh. I used a Samsung S5 in your company a long times. Model is: SM-G900A and IME is: *** and also Android version is: 4.4.2. Now I want to update my phone the latest version But I can't. Because when I press "about device" and check update. But there is no new update in your server. So how can I update my phone please tell me the solution about it. Thanks.

You cannot update carrier branded phones unless you are in the USA.
