OK , not that easy

 

i have been with you and helped me after long hours of arguing , to st my 2 line just upgrades, yet again 8am to 1030am on calls and run around to do BOGO, and yes i read the fine print , not logged in my account and it states BOGO with new line, then login to my account , there is not there about NEW line

 i explain to loyalty group talked to (RYAN or Ryean MANAGE,  ALEX , Maryann, sales) what i wad going and i was offered $$ for 24 commitment, ok sound good ..not in stock , but i can give you this $$$ and monthly payment on the next..k so why is this more ? game me the run around , but you now want to change my plan for a higher plan? but now the phones are in stock fir this plan..????   but long story short Maryann was the only one who was willing to help .. OHHHH by the way when the rep.. dosent like you they don't note the account cause prior people never put notes in my account..  {if this matters, rushi [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]..so if you really care you try to keep the current (sorry soon to former) customer.. i should not have to do this every 2 years or so to just get phones..

Could you please give us an update for the Samsung S10 5g. The new note 10 will be releasing soon, and some of us not only need to upgrade our phones, but would like to already take advantage and somewhat future proof ourselves. In addition, I have a hard time determining what are the exact conditions that determine whether I can qualify to be a business client. Would I qualify if there is an AT&T partnership with my employer? Any information, whatever it is, would be appreciated. It's a bit incredible that we continue to not hear anything, and the competitors like VZ and Sprint are already offering these devices to their clients. It makes the argument of staying with you tougher.
