Hello @MrPotato99,

We're happy to help! We are still rolling out the Android 9.0 software update. If your device was included in our latest roll out, you can update your software by completing the following steps:

  1. Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Swipe down from the Notification bar and tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Software update, then Check for updates.
  4. The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs.

Let us know if you have any further questions!

How long does this rollout typically lasts? Would it be finished by the end of March or April?

If I were  you, I would run as fast as possible away from Pie.  It has destroyed my Note 9, which was a fabulous phone.  Now battery discharges 10% in 15 minutes.  My display is set at about 15% brightness and the battery monitor says that power is mostly consumed by  the display.  I limit page open and still lose battery twice as fast as Oreo.  The radio Apps no longer work.  Radio shuts off when display goes to sleep.  Worst thing of all is that screen sensitivity is off, so I can't answer phone calls without tapping multiple time on Green button, and usually I have to call back.  I use Blackberry Apps, which have become largely disfunctional.  Sound quality during phone calls has also taken a dive - used to be very good.  What else?  It's now another junky phone for only $1,000.  I called Samsung and they didn't even attempt to address any of the problems.  They said the only thing to do is go to Best Buy and they will roll back the Operating System to Oreo at no charge, because it's too big of a mess with too many problems to weed through.  Consider yourself lucky that you haven't downgraded to Pie.

I see the exact opposite of what you have.  BUT I do always flash a CLEAN install..  Then reinstall my backup.
