Software update

Hi my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 SMN920A at&t is stuck on android 6 and i can't update it because the phone is in the uk is there any other way of updating it

Software update

Is there anyway i can do a software update on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 SMN920A it is a at&t phone but it is unlocked i am also living  in the uk

I have contacted samsung and my network provider and they both say rhat the update needs to come from at&t

AT&T phones are only updated OTA(over the air). That means you have to be in the US and be connected to the AT&T network with an AT&T sim card in the phone.

No, sorry.  At&t phones only update over the air.  You have to be in the USA using an ATT SIM card to get updates.
