Samsung galaxy s8 plus can't connect to data network

Samsung galaxy s8 plus can't connect to data after recent update. I have factory reset and even got a new sim card.

We'd be glad to assist you. What happens when you attempt to use data? Are you receiving any error messages? Is your phone an AT&T branded device? 

 

Try walking through some troubleshooting steps in our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool. Just select your device and the issue that you're experiencing. Thank you.

Hello Makaela,
So the phone has a 🚫 where the data signal is. We went to at&t Wednesday
evening and the lady replaced our sim card. She then had me do a factory
reset and that still didn't work.

What happened when you followed the troubleshooting steps in our Troubleshoot and resolve tool? Is your device AT&T branded?

 

Try turning mobile data off, then back on again. Also try resetting your network settings. Follow the steps listed to do so. Click on Settings > General management > Reset. Tap Reset network settings. We hope this helps!

I cancelled my att acct and have new sim cards from  a new Network . Have done Network reset, etc and still no phone
