@martystew   Verizon LTE phones are not locked.  Only the carrier that sold the phone can unlock it.  

       If your phone is an older 2g  model, it cannot be unlocked and would not work on At&t anyway.  

BTW, I cannot find any such phone model.  Please verify what phone you are asking about. 

@martystew, yes, please double check that model number. The closest I can find with that number is a Toshiba laptop.

We were just looking to see if that phone even has GSM bands to work on AT&T.
